The following donations were recommended by Kenilworth Lions’ Community Services Committee and agreed by Club members at the March club meeting:
- A pledge donation of £1000 has been made to the Priory Theatre. They need to replace their disabled lift
- A grant of £2000 has been made to Tiny Tims Children’s Centre. This will support the provision of therapy sessions for children and young people with disabilities/health conditions
- Pledge donations totalling £1500 have been made to Warwickshire scouts who have been selected to attend the World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027. Successful applicants will be joining us for Lions organised community support events.
- A grant of £360 was awarded to a Kenilworth family in need of urgent support
A total of £4860 has been donated this month.
Furniture Store vouchers to the value of £450 were issued against applications received from Warwick Council, and Lillington Community Pantry.
