Grand Show
Our biggest event occurs on the second Saturday in June, when our fingers are crossed for sun. Abbey Fields is filled with stalls, music, entertainment and food and drink stands as part of the ‘Grand Show’. Any money raised aids local businesses and charities, and maintain a thriving and prosperous community.
Carols at the Castle
Kenilworth Lions organise the annual Christmas ‘Carols at Kenilworth Castle’ on a Saturday before Christmas. Kenilworth Castle is steeped in history and one of the most outstanding places to visit for carol singing, the atmosphere is always a special experience. A traditional programme of Christmas carols and readings with The Coventry Salvation Army Band playing and St Augustines School and Kenilworth School singing. There is mulled wine and hot chocolate available. Celebrated as one of the best Christmas events in Warwickshire.
Duck Race
Boxing Day sees fifteen hundred plastic ducks tipped into Finham Brook at the Ford, for their half mile race. It is a spectacle not to be missed, and for your chance to win a prize, back yourself a duck for just £1. All profits go to support local charities.
